Esports OnLive is a 24/7 esports television network broadcasting live events, original programming, news, and interviews to 195 countries worldwide. The Service is available via subscription through AceMediaTV.com and on select free-tier platforms.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

To access premium content, you must create an account and subscribe through AceMediaTV.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are non-transferable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Esports OnLive, including video, graphics, text, logos, and broadcast footage, is the property of Ace Media Broadcasting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. Content Submissions

By submitting content (events, videos, images, or other materials) to Esports OnLive, you grant Ace Media Broadcasting LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and broadcast your submitted content. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all content you provide.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scraping, reproducing, or redistributing our content without authorization
• Impersonating any person or entity

7. Advertising & Sponsorship

All advertising and sponsorship agreements are subject to separate written agreements. Advertised rates and packages are subject to availability and may change without notice. All advertising content must comply with our Advertising Standards policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ace Media Broadcasting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
